I was born and raised in London, England and after living on four different continents I moved to the U.S as an immigrant in 1995. Upon completing University I became an agency founder, nightclub owner, real estate developer and entrepreneur. After thirteen years of self-employment I launched a corporate career in global brand management but I’ve spent most of my life pursuing my love of exercise, wellness, travel and adventure. Today I’m a Chief Marketing Officer and Organizational Development consultant. I’m also a devoted husband of 20+ years and father of three beautiful humans.
As a leader with over two decades of proven success in global marketing, branding innovation and culture building, I’ve delivered exponential growth and enjoyed award-winning results. I’m a dynamic team player with a proven capacity to build and develop a highly focused and ambitious culture through an infectious passion and work ethic. I’ve been recognized for a highly creative and strategic approach in multinational, entrepreneurial and non-profit environments where I’ve consistently been promoted into expanded job roles with an emphasis on delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction in managing internal and external relationships. I’m a difference maker with a history of exceeding objectives and I’m quick to learn new responsibilities and methodologies.
In my “spare time”, I enjoy ultra-running, boxing, tai chi, yoga, tennis, cross country skiing, surfing and sailing. I also serve as a running guide for the Achilles Foundation and a volunteer in the U.S Coast Guard Auxiliary.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Emory and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
This is my website where I share musings about mental fitness, aging, wellness, change leadership and high performance living through my blog, my podcast and my newsletter. Thank you for reading, listening and subscribing.
